Ingredients

• 1 pkg Superior Tofu’s Soft Tofu (300g)

• 1 box super moist instant cake mix

• ¼ cup water

Instructions

1. With a food processor or blender (I use my handheld blender), mix cake mix and tofu together.

2. Once mixed, add 1/4 cup water and blend again until smooth.

3. Pour into baking dish and cook according to the directions on the cake mix box.

4. DO NOT add the oil/egg/whatever else the cake mix box says you need – the tofu takes the place of all of these.
