Summer Soy Smoothies from Superior Natural

1. Dragon Fruit Lassi
With accents of dragon fruit combined with the finest Silken Tofu, this creamy and refreshing sip is perfect for the summer days. Ingredients are simple and healthy and only use dragon fruit and banana. Ready in 30 seconds!
Ingredients:
1/2 Package of Superior Natural Silken Tofu
5 oz Dragon Fruit, Cubed
1/2 banana
12 oz Water
6 oz Superior Natural Sweetened Soy Drink
Instructions:
1.Combine all ingredients in a blender for 30-45 seconds.
*tip: Use frozen fruit and less liquid if you prefer a thicker consistency.

2. Pina Colada Smoothie
A sweet sip for summer! 🍍 Create an easy Pina Colada Smoothie by adding Soft Tofu, coconut milk, fresh pineapple, a hint of sweetener and ice. Blend together and serve in a glass with a coconut rim.
Ingredients:
1/2 Package of Superior Natural Soft Tofu
1/2 Cup of Fresh Pineapple
1/3 Cup of Coconut Milk
A Couple of Ice Cubes
Coconut Flakes
Maple Syrup
Instructions:
1. Put the soft tofu, ice cubes, coconut milk and fresh pineapple in a blender. Carefully blend well for 30 seconds.
2. Rim glass with maple syrup and roll into coconut flakes.
3. Pour the Pina Colada Smoothie from the blender into the glass and add a fresh pineapple cube.
4. Enjoy your Pina Colada Smoothie!
